We offer courses in four main categories: martial arts, gardening, culinary, and academics. Like a root structure, all of our course roots reinforce each other. Some courses can be taken online while others require in-person training to complete. Join us and become a part of our Green Dragon community.
Refine your fitness and fighting arts
Physical wellness is at the core of our martial arts practice. We are inspired by kung fu styles but have training in many martial arts, even archery. There is no experience necessary for any of our level 1 classes. These courses go well with scheduling an in-person private or small group lesson to solidify your training.
Real fighters grow their own
Gardening puts the "Green" in the "Green Dragon." Even if you have no green-thumb, we have simple courses that can provide a gateway into much stronger and consistent cultivation skills. No supplies? You can choose courses that come with kits packed with everything you'll need to complete them.
Prepare meals like a warrior chef
Learn our recipes for healthy, empowering, plant-based meals that are good for your body and the Earth. Bring your martial training to our knife skills set and complete your recipes not just for yourself but with real detailed plating and presentation to others.
The brush is mightier than the sword
The old masters knew the similarities between using a brush and using a sword. We have courses rooted in a variety of crafting, drawing, and engineering skills. These courses offer the opportunity for in-depth discussion and reflection on why we do martial arts in a modern world.
